Services

Four areas of work. Take each separately or in combination, as a session, a package or mentoring.

01

Business review

I look at the whole business and show where money and clients are lost.

Who it’s for

For existing entrepreneurs whose growth has stalled for unclear reasons.

What we do

  • Funnel audit in a spreadsheet and key numbers
  • Unit economics: cost per client and margin
  • Call and conversation review
  • Diagnostics of model, product and clients

What you get

  • A funnel and unit-economics spreadsheet
  • 3–5 priority actions
  • A 30–90 day plan
02

Launching from scratch

I help turn an idea into a working business in Serbia.

Who it’s for

For relocants and anyone starting a project in a new country.

What we do

  • Idea and niche validation
  • Unit economics of the future business
  • Offer, price and positioning
  • A first funnel in a spreadsheet and a plan to find clients

What you get

  • A defined offer
  • A calculation: how many clients at what price
  • A first-90-days plan
03

Sales department

I build sales as a system. This is my core expertise.

Who it’s for

For businesses where sales depend on the owner or managers work without a system.

What we do

  • Funnel and sales process audit
  • Call review, scripts, objection handling
  • CRM setup: amoCRM, Bitrix24, HubSpot
  • Hiring, onboarding, motivation, training

What you get

  • A documented sales process
  • Scripts and templates
  • A CRM and reporting that work
04

Marketing

We work out where to find clients in the Russian-speaking community in Serbia and how to reach them.

Who it’s for

For those who want a steady flow of enquiries without big budgets.

What we do

  • Positioning and messages
  • Channels: communities, partners, search, social
  • Unit economics: cost per client by channel
  • Content and website

What you get

  • Chosen channels and a plan
  • A cost-per-client calculation
  • Website copy and structure

What clients come with

The three most common topics. Everything else we sort out case by case.

Client objections

We collect real objections (“too expensive”, “I’ll think about it”, “we already have a supplier”), look at why they appear and prepare answers and a conversation structure.

Building a sales department

From scratch or a rebuild: structure, roles, process, metrics, hiring and training managers.

Sales tools

A funnel in a spreadsheet, scripts, CRM, reports and unit economics: what a sales team works with every day.

Tools and methods

What I use in practice. I pick what your task needs.

Funnel audit in a spreadsheet

I break the customer journey into stages and put the numbers in a spreadsheet: how many people at each step, where conversion drops, what a client costs.

What you get: A funnel table with conversions and conclusions

Call and conversation review

I listen to recordings of managers’ (or your own) conversations, find where interest is lost and show what to change.

What you get: A review against criteria and a list of fixes

Scripts and objection handling

I write the conversation structure, discovery questions and answers to common objections, adapted for Russian-speaking clients in Serbia.

What you get: Ready scripts and a cheat sheet for managers

CRM: amoCRM, Bitrix24, HubSpot

I help choose or tidy up your CRM: deal stages, fields, automations and reports, so the data shows what is happening with sales.

What you get: A configured deal pipeline and reports

Unit economics

I calculate what it costs to win a client, what they bring and what is left after costs, to see whether the model can scale.

What you get: A spreadsheet model: CAC, LTV, margin

Manager training

I train sales managers: we go through real conversations, practise objection handling and lock in scripts in practice, not just in theory.

What you get: A training programme and materials for the team

What the result looks like

Examples of what you receive at the end. These illustrate the format and are not real client data.

Pricing depends on the task and format. I name it after a short intro.

How we start: the first 30 days

A typical first-month plan. It is refined for your task at the start.

  1. Week 1

    Intro and diagnostics

A call, access to numbers, funnel audit and unit economics.

  2. Week 2

    Review and plan

Call and process review, priorities, an action plan.

  3. Week 3

    Implementation

    Scripts, CRM, templates, launching changes.

  4. Week 4

    Check and adjust

Reconciling numbers, corrections, the plan ahead.

Scope and timing depend on the task and the chosen format.

What I don’t do

I am not a lawyer or an accountant: registration, residence, taxes and bookkeeping are better handled with specialists. My focus is business model, sales and marketing. If needed, I will point you to the right people.

Frequently asked questions

What does the first meeting look like?

It’s a short call: you describe the situation, I ask questions and honestly say whether I can help and how I suggest we work.

Is this only for Russian-speaking entrepreneurs?

The main audience is Russian-speaking entrepreneurs, relocants and freelancers in Serbia. The site is available in three languages. If another language is more convenient, write to me.

Do you help with business registration, residence and taxes?

No. I am not a lawyer or an accountant. My focus is business model, sales and marketing. For legal and tax matters I recommend specialists.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the task and the format. I name it after an intro, once the scope is clear.

How do consultations take place?

Online, in your preferred messenger or video service, from anywhere in Serbia and beyond.

Is it right for me if my business is small or I work alone?

Yes. Many of my clients are freelancers and small projects. We choose the format and depth to fit your task.

How long until I see results?

It depends on the task. You get a plan quickly after the review; sales growth depends on executing the steps and the length of your sales cycle.

Will my business information stay confidential?

Yes. Whatever you tell me about your business stays between us. A non-disclosure agreement can be discussed if needed.

Tell me about your task

The first message commits you to nothing. Write what is happening in your business and I will tell you where to start.
